Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Your privacy matters to RealEstee. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website or contact us during our pre-launch period.
1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the RealEstee website. References to “RealEstee,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the service presented under the RealEstee brand. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@realestee.com.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.
When you join the waitlist, your email address and selected audience (Broker company, Builder company or Potential Buyer) are transmitted to our server and stored in Lovable Cloud with a registration identifier, signup date and the version of the signup disclosure. Email addresses are normalized to prevent duplicate registrations. Rejoining with an existing email confirms the original registration without changing its details. A success message appears only after we confirm your registration is stored. Submitting the form does not create an account or schedule an automated email; automated email delivery is not currently enabled.
3. Website and technical information
When you visit, website infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and request times to deliver, secure and maintain the website. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google and may disclose your IP address and browser information to that provider.
4. How information is used
We use information received through correspondence to respond to enquiries, manage communications, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We use waitlist registrations to manage interest in RealEstee and, with your consent, provide launch and early-access updates when available. Your selected audience helps us understand interest from brokers, builders and buyers and tailor relevant updates. You can withdraw this consent or request removal from the waitlist by contacting hello@realestee.com. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, processing relies on legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, steps taken at your request before an agreement, legal obligations, or consent where required. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The waitlist form does not use cookies or browser storage to retain submitted email addresses; registrations are stored on our server. Infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms necessary for delivery or security.
With your permission, we load Google Analytics to measure website visits and pages viewed. Google may process technical information including your IP address, browser and device information and use analytics cookies. We do not send your waitlist email address or selected audience to Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled. Your choice is saved in browser storage; you can decline analytics or change your choice using “Cookie settings.” Declining does not affect access to the website or waitlist. Google may process analytics information internationally. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
6. Sharing and international processing
Personal information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, security and email communications, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate safeguards must be used.
7. Retention and security
We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to address your request, maintain relevant business records or comply with legal obligations. Waitlist registrations are retained while needed to manage the waitlist and launch communications, unless you request removal, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Waitlist records are not publicly readable, and visitors cannot retrieve, change or delete other registrations through the website. We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children and external websites
The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us. External websites have their own privacy practices; this policy does not govern those services.
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and services evolve. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law, and new services may be accompanied by additional privacy notices.
