1. Using this website

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. You must comply with applicable laws and have legal capacity to enter any agreement you make with us.

2. Pre-launch status

RealEstee is developing a platform intended to connect property builders, brokers and buyers internationally. Descriptions of online reservations, electronic signatures, payments, AI assistance and other features describe planned capabilities, not currently available services. Launch dates, features and geographic availability may change.

The waitlist stores your email address, selected audience and registration details for launch and early-access communications as described in our privacy policy. Selecting an audience does not create an account, grant permissions or establish a business relationship. Confirmation means your registration has been saved; it does not guarantee early access, property availability or a launch date. Automated email delivery is not currently enabled. You can contact hello@realestee.com with enquiries or to request removal from the waitlist.

3. Property images and city references

City names and property images communicate our international ambitions. Images may be AI-generated or illustrative and do not represent verified properties offered for sale. References to Miami, Los Angeles, Paris, London, Tel-Aviv, Rome or other destinations do not confirm that RealEstee operates, holds licences or offers properties in those markets.

Website content is not a property listing, sales offer, valuation or guarantee of availability, investment performance, ownership rights or eligibility to buy property abroad.

4. No professional advice or property agreement

Information on this website is general information, not legal, tax, financial, mortgage or investment advice. Obtain independent professional advice and conduct your own due diligence before making a property decision. Browsing the website does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary or advisory relationship.

Any future reservation, purchase, payment or brokerage service will require separate terms, appropriate checks and relevant agreements. Nothing on this website transfers an interest in property or creates a binding sale.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully, submit deceptive or harmful content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service or collect personal information without lawful authority. Automated use must not impair the website or infringe the rights of others.

The RealEstee name, website design, text, graphics and other content are owned by RealEstee or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated. You may view the website and make copies for personal, non-commercial reference. Other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. No ownership or licence to our brand is transferred by use of this website.
